Regarding The US Open ...... why could you not trim out the sand traps a little with a weed whip .... so they are looking more like traditional sand traps? On a few of those holes, same sand was in the cart paths. Are those cart paths considered sand traps also? I hated to see it end that way. John Simple question to ask and not placing blame here. I have caddied here for 3 years, and it never gets old, even seeing it 5-10x per week. I recommend playing here, but make sure you get some good caddies... some of them are real pieces of work. haha This course is unreal.
