Steven,

I am very happy for you that AT&T resolved your issue, which sounds exactly like mine. Earlier today I was reviewing my bill and discovered the same 2 charges, $14.95 & $12.95. BUT when I called AT&T they said they could not remove the charges, they have no control over the third party charges and suggest I handle it my self. This was after 2 hours of phone conversations in which I spoke with many departments, including fraud and was disconnected and transferred back to customer service several times.

My experience was not at all satisfactory. I will be contacting the Attorney General in regards to all three companies business/ scam practices. When AT&T allowed these fraudlent charges and did not seek verification from me they became a party to the fraud! ie: driver of "get-a-way" car for bank robber is still guilty via accessory to the crime!!

One last note.....if you do a search on-line you will find out I am not the only one who has experienced no cooperation from AT&T. They have no desire to protect their customers from fraudulent practices.
