Fantastic detailed photos, Im trying to design a realistic version of Medinah for the Tiger Woods 08 golf game for a site known as CGX Tour,we try to emulate both the US and Eurpoean Tours and try to recreate the courses as acurately as possible using various geo dem tools but good photos such as these are a godsend. C:

Tom: I have a friend who’s daughter went to the same school as a number of Medinah members daughters. Every year they offered two foursomes in a silent auction and we won (obviously.)

Thanks for posting pictures of your caddy at Medinah. He’s quite handsome and just happens to be my husband. It was fun to see him on the internet and I’ve shared the photos with everyone on my Facebook page.

Dan – great pictures and account of your Medinah experience. I’m playing there for the first time for a golf outing on September 23, 2008. Reading your review and viewing your pictures was very helpful in preparing me for what appears to be a great golfing experience. Two questions: 1) how did you get the invite to play and 2) what were the incidental costs involved?

I was fortunate enough to play Medinah the summer after I graduated college with a friend of mine from my college golf team and his family. Truly an amazing experience. One of the hardest courses I’ve ever seen; my favorite holes were #3 and #12, I think. The doglegs in most of the fairways simply require you to work the ball. We played from the tips, I think it was “only” about 7400 yds at that point, and the low score in the group (which included three scratch golfers) was me, with 83.
